EIT has rack space, shop space, and office space available ranging from 100 sq ft to 3000 sq ft with river view property at a low cost and flexible lease agreements, including hydro and air conditioning.

The objective and focus of the Technology Center is to attract companies or individuals working in the field of Information Technology (IT) and high-tech Telecommunications with an interest in rebuilding and growing the high tech community in Brockville.
